Too Much 2.0
August 21, 2007 – 9:14 pmJust a brief commentary - 2.0 does not necessarily mean that something is new and improved. Really. Not everything needs to have an updated version. In one quick update today, I saw emails about
- Web 2.0
- Enterprise 2.0
- Voice 2.0
- Identity 2.0
- Product 2.0
Lets come up with something new and give it an actual new name, not just stick 2.0 on it and think its the neatest, hippest thing that’s come along. Remember Windows 3.1 was popular from 1992-1994.
